House No. 6 in Tehran, designed by Sara Kalantari and Reza Sayadian. The project was recognized as a Jury Selection at the 20th Memar Award (2020). Nashid Nabian stated during the jury session: "I feel the project has exercised well in three areas. First, proposing a dual habitation model -- the architect in current conditions should not provide a housing model but a settlement model. For example, in this project a workspace has been designated for each residential unit. Second, proposing open spaces at height. And the author's eloquence in using an architectural vocabulary in spatial refinement is noteworthy." Mohammad Arab also emphasized the role of the emerging third space and moving beyond mere dwelling.
