House No. 7, winner of the First Place in Residential Buildings at the 12th Memar Award (2012), is located in Najafabad, Isfahan Province. Designed by Ali Dehghani, Ali Soltani, and Atefeh Karbasi, the house sits on a 600 m² plot beside Basij Square. The project achieved the highest jury score of 13 points in its category. The design explores the relationship between privacy and openness within a traditional urban fabric, using split levels and courtyards to create a layered spatial experience that balances interior intimacy with natural light penetration.
