The renovation of the National Museum of Iran (Iran-Bastan Museum) by Esmaeil Talaei involved reorganizing approximately 2,000 square meters between the main museum building and the National Library complex. The project aimed to enable free public circulation between museums, create exhibition spaces, reorganize the National Library, establish restaurant and cafe facilities in the northern courtyard, and annex Mo'alem Park to realize a park-museum concept. The design respected Andre Godard's original building while introducing contemporary gallery elements including polished stone floors and steel-and-glass partitions.
