The Javid Office Building is located at kilometer 6 of the Tehran-Qom Highway, designed by Memaran-e-Paytakht Atelier (Hamed Aghli, Solman Shojapour, Komeil Mohammadi, and Davood Nasseri). The building is characterized by its industrial aesthetic, combining glass, galvanized iron, and metal skin in an angular composition. Sharp edges define both the building's exterior massing and interior spaces, creating dynamic volumes that break away from conventional office architecture.

Selected as a jury selection at the 8th Memar Award (2008), Guallart noted that "the design of the spaces around it and the terraces are all quite beautiful and full of possibility." Ghaemi observed that the project "was eliminated in the first round but impressed in the second round — it is a well-known project among architects." The site area is 150 square meters with a total built area of 300 square meters.
