The Kooshk building was built in 1937 as a residence and later was turned into an architectural office. The Iranian Cultural Heritage Organisation has restored the two-storey building for its Department of International and Cultural Relations. It houses a number of offices, with the basement allocated for a computer centre and coffee shop, and on the roof an octagonal space for seminars and meetings.Source: Aga Khan Trust for Culture
