The Lab-e Khandagh Historical Hotel in Yazd was nominated for the 11th Memar Award (2011) in the Renovation category. Designed by Ali Amiri Ardakani and Elham Esmaili Taft, this 350-square-metre project converted a historic building near the old city moat into a boutique hotel, preserving traditional Yazdi architecture while adding contemporary amenities.
