Faramarz Sharifi himself had spoken of his wish to build in Iran, under his own supervision and execution, a building following the idea of the villa he had designed for his son Ali Sharifi in the state of Michigan in the United States, until in 1389 he designed and built this building on the basis of that same idea for Ms. Larizadeh in Zibadasht. This project was carried out exactly according to the architect's intentions, with the same windcatcher form, the Iranian pressed-brick facade and the pool in the building's central courtyard.
