
Leilax House in Dehgolan, Kurdistan was a finalist in the Renovation category at the 20th Memar Award (2020). The 170-square-meter house on a 165-square-meter site addresses the common challenge of incremental housing development in small Iranian cities. Using local brick, recycled materials, and family labor under skilled supervision, the project demonstrates how limited resources can produce dignified architecture.
