Madi Villa in Gilavand won second place in the Individual Dwellings category at the 20th Memar Award (2020). Designed by Habibeh Shabani and Hamidreza Shabani, this 890-square-meter villa sits on a 2,800-square-meter site. The project demonstrates a sensitive approach to landscape integration and spatial design in a semi-rural setting.
