Manzarieh Residential Complex in Tehran by Dariush Shahnavaz has managed, with a relatively complex and modular volumetric composition and generous terraces, to keep the work from being overwhelmed by personal taste. The project demonstrates careful spatial organization across multiple units while maintaining architectural coherence.
Critic Kamran Afshar Naderi noted that the designer successfully employed modular composition to create varied yet unified residential spaces. The generous terraces were singled out as a particular strength. Selected as a Jury Selection at the 2nd Grand Memar Award (2002) in the Residential Complexes category.
