Middle Envelope Apartment

Middle Envelope Apartment won third place in the Renovation category at the 24th Memar Award (2024). Located in Shahrak-e Gharb, Khayyam Towers, Tehran. Client: Paygan Group. The project is conceived as a genetic mutation—grafting a modified cutting of a native, aged specimen onto a robust rootstock from a different temporal and spatial origin. This act of grafting is experiential and unpredictable, merging two spaces from different times that enable growth and transformation.
