Competition-winning masterplan for the Padideh Kish Destination Resort, a massive 860,000 sqm mixed-use development on Kish Island. The design draws on Iranian architectural heritage, blending social-cultural and geographical perspectives to create a comprehensive city-scale destination resort combining hotels, residential units, commercial spaces, cultural venues, and sports facilities. Won 1st Prize in an international competition judged by Donald Bates, Bostjan Vuga, and university deans from Tehran, Mashhad, and Yazd. The developer, Padideh-Shandiz International Tourism Developing Company, later became embroiled in a major financial scandal, and the project was never realized.
