Parvaneh District Residential Complex in Tehran, designed by Harirchi and Associates Architects (Zand Harirchi and Associates), received third place in the Apartment Buildings category at the 6th Memar Award (2006). Bahram Shokouhian praised this project for achieving diverse spatial qualities within a large residential complex, noting the proportional relationships of the facades and the sensitivity of the courtyard spaces. Hossein Sheikh Zeineddin confirmed the project's spatial quality, observing its balanced plan composition. Firouz Firouz appreciated the professional approach to materials, noting how brick and stone are used with both classical restraint and contemporary freshness. The complex demonstrates how large-scale residential development can maintain architectural ambition without sacrificing livability.
