The composition of these flowing green areas with rigidity of concrete bonds which climb up the building, and transparency of curtain walls which provide light and vision of offices, form the shape of the project. The project site plan is located on north of Tehran, near Alborz Mountain, which strengthen dialogue between nature and architecture. Design idea of project is an expression of the human need for contact with nature which represents a new approach to the high-rise building, where trees and humans share their living space. It is a radical and daring idea for the cities of tomorrow, and without a doubt, represents a model for the development of densely populated urban areas in other countries. Thus, the innovative uses of natural elements throughout the building could bring about new attitudes towards designing urban spaces in a more ecologically mindful fashion. Continues progressive urban green space, environmental monumental highlights, transparency of interior spaces and diversity of views, a sustainable architecture disciplines in mechanical design and using visual concrete elements as shearing walls on construction design, are achieved for creating an innovative design scheme.
