Saba Tower

Winner of the Super Pipe International Special Prize for Best Mechanical Design at the 4th Grand Memar Award (2004), Saba Tower in Tehran is a 33-story residential tower with 88 units, designed by Cyrus Bozorg Gerayoli. The tower was recognized for its innovative mechanical systems design, demonstrating excellence in integrating HVAC, plumbing, and building services within a high-rise residential context. The project was developed for the National Iranian Steel Company Retirement Organization.
