The Saharkish Residential Complex on Kish Island is a low-rise housing development designed by Bahram Shokouhian of Padiav Parth Architectural Group. Located in the Sadaf district (Phase 3), the complex features white and teal-accented facades that respond to the island's tropical climate. The design emphasizes natural ventilation through vertical light shafts and open corridors that channel sea breezes through the units.
Selected as a jury selection at the 8th Memar Award (2008), Guallart noted that "the composition of this project is healthy and the entries and exits are well-proportioned." Ghaemi praised the project's sensitivity: "Considering that this is an island environment with architectural constraints, the project has managed well." The complex covers 1,500 square meters of land with a total built area of 2,500 square meters.
