Saman Satellite Office Building

Saman Satellite Office Building is located at Pardis Technology Park in Bumehen, Tehran. The project creates a modern office space within the technology park environment, designed to meet the specialized needs of technology and engineering companies. The building's design addresses both the functional requirements of its technical occupants and the broader aspiration to create quality workplace architecture in Iran's emerging technology districts. Saman Satellite Office Building won joint Second Place in the Public Buildings category at the 22nd Memar Award (2022) with 4 points, recognized by the jury panel of Mehdi Alizadeh, Cyrus Bavar, Majid Ghamami, Ehsan Hosseini, and Armand Dror.
