
An office building on Kheradmand Street in Tehran designed by Shamil Mohammadzadeh for employer Azam Saremi, constructed between 1982 and 1985. The structure, electrics, and mechanics were designed for 10 stories, but only 3 stories were built on the foundation. The building features a glass and concrete facade typical of early 1980s Iranian modernism.
