Sarv Commercial-Office

The Sarv Office Building in Sa'adat Abad, Tehran, designed by Tamouz Architecture Studio (Hooman Tahamtanzadeh, Marjan Banaei, Hossein Salavati Khoshghalb), was honoured at the 21st Memar Award (2021) in the Public Buildings category for creating an urban facade through creative intervention on a pre-existing structural skeleton, while providing a porous and high-quality interior space and addressing issues like the third facade and interior light regulation.
