A nineteen-unit tower-garden complex in mid-rise Tehran, organised as two volumes joined by a connecting bridge that opens two voids between them for maximum daylight and minimal cross-unit overlook. The travertine-clad lobby and modernist banded facade respond to a 43-metre height with simple, weather-resistant materials.
