The Sarvestan Residential Complex is located in the new city of Baharestan, 12 kilometers from Isfahan. Designed by Mehdi Moghareh Abed, the large-scale housing development features a modular facade system with alternating bands of stone, plaster, and yellow-toned panels. The layered construction technique allows for both structural efficiency and visual rhythm across the building's extensive facades.
Selected as a jury selection at the 8th Memar Award (2008), the project was built for the Housing Investment Company on a site of 5,235 square meters with a total built area of 9,250 square meters — making it the largest project among the residential selections.
