
A residential villa on agricultural land near Saveh, designed by the Karand Group (Ali Shariati and Dokhi Sarbandi). The design draws on Iranian kooshk (pavilion) architecture with four walls creating a cube-like shell that assembles semi-open and enclosed spaces under one roof. Total area is 460 sqm (240 sqm enclosed, 166 sqm terraces) with a U-shaped irrigation pool.
