Villa Nia is a renovation project on Sanaei Street in Tehran, designed by Roozbeh Elias-Azar and Amirali Amini-Aghdam of Third-Line Architects and completed in 2022. The project involved the reconstruction, structural reinforcement, and spatial redefinition of a 1950s-era house originally built by the Construction Bank as part of an affordable housing experiment, transforming it into a home and studio for visual artist Nazgol Ansarinia. With a total built area of 120 square meters, the design features a distinctive rooftop garden with steel trellises and cascading greenery. The project won Second Place in the Renovation category at the 23rd Memar Award in 2023.
