This house with an area of approximately 950 sqm is built as a part of an old family house garden which extant in that mentioned district. Idea Processing We had a long extensive discussion with our client to adjust a physical plan and to get our understandings of the subject closer. Overall, we have attained 3 main approaches for the design of the building: 1. To beget privacy and eliminating troublesome views from surrounding buildings 2. To make building faces towards the old garden 3. Consideration of the climate, shading and city orientation, while observing items 1 and 2 Space Separation We have tried to have a correct iteration of Yazd traditional house patterns and concepts and reconstructing it in a modern version. The spatial organization was shaped through a conscious processing, according to the needs and concepts. House spaces were defined in six main sections: 1. Guest room with an independent entrance, including a reception room, a dining room and a guest bedroom 2. The private sector which is dedicated to a living room and bedrooms evokes the concept of the private section in traditional houses. 3. Kitchen: our definition of kitchen is differs from the old traditional kitchen position in the traditional houses. In this house, kitchen position and the merged cooking space are in connection with private living room, dining room, guest room, the main courtyard and the Narenjestan yard and flow of life is considered in this area. 4.
