A residential renovation project in Zanjan designed by Hamed Badri Ahmadi. The design transformed a dated structure into a modern dwelling with double-layered walls and thermal break technology to address Zanjan's harsh winters. The exterior is clad in local stone with vertical pilasters creating rhythm and scale, referencing the columnar traditions of Persian residential architecture. The interior features a two-story living space with a spiral staircase, combining exposed concrete with refined finishes. A courtyard with wooden pergola connects indoor and outdoor spaces.
