Residential Complex 911 on Andarzgoo Street is designed on a 200-square-meter plot with a total built area of 1,400 square meters across eight stories, comprising four duplex units.
The primary design challenge was to create high-quality residential space on a small plot with high building density. The architect's response is the design of duplex units, each occupying two floors, offering the experience of villa living within an apartment format.
The building facade is composed of a combination of brick and metal. The metal elements on the facade act as frames that provide the residents with various views of the city. These frames simultaneously serve as sunshades, preventing direct solar exposure.
