Site area: 250 m² Total built area: 1,300 m²
The building has north and south frontages onto Saadat Abad Boulevard, with one commercial unit, five office units, one parking level and one storage level. The site area is 250 m² and the total built area is 1,300 m².

On the south side, the building recesses into itself to open well-framed views toward the park opposite, raising the spatial quality of the office units. Cloaking the south facade with vertical louvers prevents direct sun penetration, makes the project read as a more unified mass and conceals incidental detail from its principal viewing angle along the boulevard.

The north facade is treated with a modulation analogous to the south, wrapping the whole surface and giving it a calm texture that holds the building together and likewise hides incidental detail from the city. In front of the openings the facade texture becomes movable, rotating between 0°, 45° and 90°. By opening and closing these movable louvers one can control daylight inside and adjust privacy toward the building opposite.
