Works of Reza Moqtader
Born in 1931 in Tehran, Reza Moqtader graduated from Ecole Speciale d'Architecture in Paris in 1956. His offices, Moqtader-Arkitekt (1960) and MODAM consultants (1967), designed major projects including the Tabriz master plan, Shiraz University Campus, and the Faculty of Agriculture of Tabriz University.

A brutalist-influenced design featuring a strong brick mass with a distinctive perforated brick tower. The multi-story building combines horizontal window bands with solid brick walls, creating a rhythmic facade.
