This house was built in the southern half of the Azarba House (another work of Iraj Kalantari, in 1347), on a shared plot, at almost the same time. Karl Schlamminger was a professor of sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts and entrusted the building of a house on this plot to Iraj Kalantari.
