3rd Place (Shared): [BW7] Residential Building, Tehran

Residential project BW7, with an area of 932 square meters, is designed around the concept of a tower-garden, comprising eight residential units of 310 square meters each. The core idea is the integration of green space with apartment living at height.

Each residential unit features its own dedicated garden at elevation. These suspended gardens not only provide private green space for each unit but also play a role in regulating ambient temperature and reducing energy consumption.

The building facade is a combination of glass, metal, and greenery. Plants cascade from various floors, presenting a living and dynamic image of the building. This approach responds to the urban dwellers' need for a connection with nature within the heart of apartment living.

The building structure is designed to allow for large open spaces on each floor. Concrete columns and beams create frames within which the greenery and cityscape are composed.
