
A residential renovation project in Golabdareh, Tehran, designed and built by Bijan Safavi. The project involved comprehensive renovation of a multi-level house on sloping terrain along the Golabdareh river. Key interventions include new floor coverings in all interior spaces using ceramic and brick, landscaping of the open courtyard with Fasham stone and square bricks, and creation of a steel skeleton for additional floors to accommodate a library, office, and caretaker's quarters. Winner of the 11th Memar Award, Second Place in Renovation category.
