In the middle of Meysam Street, across from the two-shift Abazar School, stands a house whose story — from the school custodian and its builders to the neighbours — is intertwined with the homeowner’s family, through near and distant kinship: the story of local identity.

At the 25th Memar Award, the project received the highest score in its category (13 points). Juror Ameneh Bakhtiar praised it: "The project is very simple and introverted. It communicates very well with the surrounding fabric without trying to say anything extra, yet the spaces — semi-open spaces, connecting axis, bridges and interior spaces — are very functional." Afshin Farzin noted the designer "managed to bring purity to the facade, giving a kind of timelessness to the project." Han Tumertekin admired "the ability to create beautiful forms and volumes — very simple, just volumes and an ordinary central courtyard." Nasrin Seraji called it "a piece of architecture that works perfectly well in its own setting," though she raised the broader question: "Have we accepted that everything has already been invented?"
