Projects are divided into four groups: Apartment Buildings, Individual Dwellings, Public Buildings, and Renovation. The following stages are applied for each group: (1) All projects in each group are reviewed together by the jury. Projects unanimously rejected are eliminated; even one juror's support keeps a project. Each juror uses color-coded stickers (negative vote). Surviving projects advance to semifinals. (2) From semifinalists, each juror selects top projects (positive stickers, unranked). Projects not selected by any juror are eliminated. Selected projects become finalists. (3) Each juror independently ranks their top 3 from finalists: 3 points for 1st, 2 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd. Total points determine final rankings 1st through 3rd. (4) Jurors may propose honoured projects from finalists with consensus.
