This building is located in the eastern part of Bozorgmehr Street and has 4 floors and each floor has two units; but the land is not very large. Despite limited area, careful planning has given the building a balanced and elegant appearance. The southern facade and garden are among its notable features. The entrance creates a sense of dignity befitting a residential building.

This building is located on a plot with an area of approximately 400 square meters. The design started on a triangular plan, and on the second floor (basement) it expanded. The overall form of the building adhered to post-modern architectural principles with emphasis on symmetry and order. Despite having modern technical knowledge and experience, the designer has created a building that respects traditional values with consideration for details and materials.
The building has a reinforced concrete structure with 8 residential and office units. The ground floor contains a commercial space, while upper floors accommodate offices and residential units.

The design started on a plot of approximately 400 square meters. As a result, the form is triangular. The building sits at a prominent intersection with exposure to important streets. Being a tall building, it stands as a notable feature in the neighborhood.
The building was designed as a tower with particular attention to its urban context. The office floors accommodate about 300 square meters of usable space. Each floor is divided into flexible units that can serve various office functions. The facade features a distinctive grid pattern with precast concrete panels.
Two other residential complexes by Nasseri: Tahan Building and Chesarat Building.
