Memar Magazine's 12th Architecture Award was held with the participation of five jurors in Azar 1391, according to the established tradition. Each juror independently selected their preferred works from among the entrants in three groups—Residential Buildings, Renovation, and Public Buildings—and submitted them to the magazine secretariat.

After reviewing the pre-selected portfolios and conducting site visits, the jurors—Faramarz Sharifi, Ali Akbar Saremi, Shamil Mohammadzadeh, Kamran Afshar Naderi, and Armin Daneshgar—gathered to announce results through a multi-round voting process. Each juror scored nominees from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest. The combined scores determined the final rankings.
