The third issue of Memar explores architectural theory in Iran with a comprehensive survey of published works, profiles the projects of Seyed Hadi Mirmiran, reviews the works of Tajir Consulting Engineers and Ali Akbar Saremi, and features international buildings including Louis Kahn's Kimbell Art Museum, Steven Holl's Kiasma Museum in Helsinki, and MVRDV's Two-in-One Villa in Utrecht. The issue also includes an interview with Ettore Sottsass and a report on the National Library construction.
